Essential Candidate Requirements
- Valid SIA licence appropriate to the applied position (or course in progress)
- Right to work legally in the United Kingdom
- 5-year checkable UK employment/education history (BS 7858 standard screening)
- Fluent spoken and written English with good communication skills
- Full clean UK driving licence (required for Mobile Patrol & Alarm Response roles)
- Impeccable personal presentation, sobriety and professional reliability
